MPs return to Parliament under a shaky minority government — and expected plays for power

Different dynamics will greet MPs returning to the House of Commons on Monday. Prime Minister Justin Trudeau will be leading an unstable minority government after NDP Leader Jagmeet Singh tore up the agreement that had ensured the Liberal government’s survival for more than two years.
