Vancouver mayor, police chief and others make 'urgent call' for federal help on addictions

Several elected officials – including Vancouver Mayor Ken Sim – are appearing with police representatives to make an "urgent call" for federal action on public safety, drug addiction and mental health issues Monday morning.
