Toronto man charged with murder in death of man police believe is his brother

A 25-year-old man is facing a murder charge after the weekend shooting death of a man believed to be the suspect’s brother.Toronto police say officers responded to a report of a shooting in the city’s east end on Saturday around 11 p.m.They say the suspect and the victim were arguing before shots rang out, but offered no other details.
