Then, we were told it would happen today. And now, we don't have any timelines at all. Spoiler alert: Parents and students are understandably frustrated. We speak to one of them in Hour 2. Meantime, StatsCan has released the country's annual inflation rate, and it's 2 percent. Does this mean another rate cut is on the horizon?
