There's been a string of concerning road incidents involving cyclists, e-bikes and e-scooters - a stretch of incidents that also includes two fatalities. If you are riding in anything but a vehicle, do you feel safe on Ottawa's roads? College Ward councillor Laine Johnson, who is also a member of Ottawa's Transportation Committee, wonders if reducing the speed limit would help save lives. Meantime, a jury will soon debate the final fate of an admitted killer - a man who confessed to killing his estranged wife and stabbing his daughter. CTV's Katie Griffin has the latest developments. Canada’s privacy commissioner launched an investigation into the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) on Tuesday after receiving a complaint about its handling of biological samples collected from athletes.In a release, Philippe Dufresne’s office said the investigation will examine whether the collection, use and disclosure practices of the Montreal-based organization comply with Canada’s federal private-sector privacy law known as PIPEDA (Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act).
