An investigative story into testing truck drivers has uncovered a string of alleged briberies, forged documents, and rigged testing. Marco Beghetto, a spokesperson for the Ontario Trucking Association, says it's a 'symptom of a much larger problem' in the trucking industry. Meantime, a chorus of businesses are urging the federal government to get on board with a high-frequency rail project. The latest to jump on that bandwagon is the Ottawa Board of Trade.
