Today, she is part of the Ontario government, led by Doug Ford and the Progressive Conservatives. Philpott will be serving as the Chair of Ontario’s Primary Care Action Team, a brand-new role and program that is designed to help connect every Ontarian to primary healthcare within the next five years. Dr. Dominik Nowak, the President of the Ontario Medical Association, hopes the recent move bears plenty of fruit for a system that badly needs it. But first, we tackle today's Question of the Day.
