Ontario judge hears legal arguments in sexual-assault case of five ex-Canadian world junior players

A London, Ont., judge is hearing legal arguments today in the sexual assault case of five members of Canada’s 2018 world junior hockey team.Dillon Dube, Carter Hart, Michael McLeod, Cal Foote and Alex Formenton were charged with sexual assault earlier this year in an incident that allegedly took place in the city in June 2018.McLeod also faces an additional charge of sexual assault for “being a party to the offence.”
