Toronto police say the Special Investigations Unit, Ontario’s police watchdog, is investigating after a car crash involving an allegedly stolen vehicle that left five people injured Monday night.Police say they were called to the scene in the city’s east end just after 10:30 p.m.They say two vehicles were involved in a collision and that one of them was allegedly stolen.
