The Christmas season is filled with family gatherings and tons of good cheer, but it's also filled with lots of waste. In fact, a new study from Zero Waste Canada says that Canadian households are intaking an additional 25 percent of household waste during the holidays. And no, we are not just talking about the crumbled-up balls of wrapping paper. We are talking about an overload of food as well.
