Counsellor at Manitoba youth corrections centre charged with sex offences

Winnipeg police say a counsellor at a youth corrections centre has been charged with sexually assaulting an incarcerated youth.Police allege the 26-year-old counsellor formed a relationship with the youth in February.They say the assaults happened multiple times inside the facility.
