A former patient at the QEII Halifax Infirmary is speaking out about safety concerns, after witnessing firsthand the kind of violence health-care workers experience.

One of the victims was a woman in her twenties, who was rushed to hospital after one of the crashes and she later died. A man was arrested at the scene.
