Donations flowed to BC United long after it suspended election campaign, reports show

Political financing reports show that the collapsed BC United party collected more than $223,000 in donations after it suspended campaigning in last year’s provincial election, including tens of thousands received after the Oct. 19 vote.Financial reports filed with Elections BC show almost all of the donations appear to be automatic bank transfers, occurring on the 20th of each month.

Albion Road, from Findlay Creek Drive to Del Zotto Avenue, will be closed from 7:30 pm on Friday, February 7 until 5:30 am on Monday, February 10.
This closure is required for a culvert replacement.
Detour routes will be in place and will follow Leitrim Road, Bank Street and Mitch Owens Road. Road users who follow this route are advised to plan accordingly and allow extra time.
