A major operator in Alberta's oilsands is appealing a $278,000 regulatory fine it was issued after hundreds of birds died in one of its toxic tailings ponds.
Following the truckers’ convoy, for three years most people in Ottawa shied away from flying the Canadian flag because it was abused during the occupation, flown alongside unsavoury banners like the Confederate flag, the F*** Trudeau thing or some other symbol.
