Head Canadian soccer coach calls 51st state rhetoric 'insulting'

Jesse Marsh, the head coach of the Canadian men's national soccer team, told reporters on Wednesday he found comments about Canada becoming the 51st state unsettling and insulting. Mr. Marsh is American and called on President Trump to, "lay off the ridiculous rhetoric."
