Canada is imposing $29.8-billion in counter-levies on aluminum and steel and other goods on the United States, a federal source said.The list of other goods is being finalized and will be announced at news conference this morning by Finance Minister Dominic LeBlanc and Foreign Affairs Minister Mélanie Joly, the source said.
