Doug Ford, Dominic LeBlanc to meet Trump administration officials over tariffs in Washington

Ontario Premier Doug Ford and Finance Minister Dominic LeBlanc will travel to Washington on Thursday to meet with President Donald Trump’s Commerce Secretary amid a trade war between Canada and the United States that shows few signs of abating.The meeting with Howard Lutnick was arranged this week after Mr. Ford initiated – and then promptly dropped – a 25-per-cent electricity surcharge on three states, as the trade war between Canada and the U.S. ramps up.
The person was found dead near Lalonde Street at around 3 p.m. Friday, Ontario Provincial Police told Radio-Canada.
