A Saskatchewan legislature member has been stripped of some of her responsibilities after coming under fire for calling federal NDP Leader Jagmeet Singh a terrorist.Saskatchewan Party MLA Racquel Hilbert apologized for the comment, which she made two weeks ago during a budget debate in the legislature.
