Fewer Ontarians are heading south, according to U.S. data that shows land border crossings are on a steady decline, likely due to tariffs, rising costs and economic concerns.
Some analysts expect the central bank to cut its benchmark rate by 25 basis points, bringing it down to 2.5 per cent, while others expect the rate to be held steady.
