Houses in midtown Toronto on fire after gas line struck

Toronto police say multiple homes are burning after a gas pipe was hit in the midtown area this afternoon.Toronto Fire officials received a call at around 4:12 p.m. for reports of a natural gas fire on Balmoral Avenue between Yonge Street and Avenue Road.

Squamish RCMP received a report at 12:34 p.m. that a woman had fallen from a slackline at Chek Canyon Recreation Area. She died at the scene.
