A mom and dad getting ready to leave a boisterous Filipino street festival with their five-year-old daughter, and a proud trans advocate who came to Canada to find a safe place to live and work are among the first victims identified by friends, family and colleagues mourning loved ones killed when an SUV barrelled through a crowded street festival Saturday night.Richard Le sent a text to his 16-year-old son on Saturday at about 8 p.m., saying the rest of family would be leaving the Lapu Lapu Day festival shortly, his brother Toan Le said Monday.
