As the trade war with the United States continues to escalate, Canadians are evaluating a lot of things about our country. Obviously, our overall economic reliance on America is one thing. The existing domestic trade barriers is another. And lastly, our military spending is a hot-button topic. But on a much lighter note, we are shifting gears as to how we measure things. Right now, our country implements a strange mixture of the Metric System and the Imperial System. Is it time to abandon the latter? Kristy Cameron chats with Ken Alder, a Professor of History at Illinois-based Northwestern University.
