Ottawa Filipino festival postponed in wake of Vancouver attack

Fun Philippines Ottawa Food and Music Street Festival was to take place on Wellington Street later this month, but organizers decided to postpone the event after a car-ramming attack at a Filipino street festival in Vancouver killed 11 people and injured multiple others.
