U.S. prosecutors will not seek the death penalty for Canadian accused in transnational drug ring case

May 11, 2025

Andrew Clark, who is charged with drug trafficking, murder and conspiracy to commit murder, was identified by U.S. Attorney-General Pam Bondi in a February statement as a suspect who could face “death or life imprisonment” if convicted.
