‘A family is torn apart’: Three children killed in Toronto crash involving alleged impaired driver

Three children are dead and a fourth child and two adults are in the hospital following a collision in west Toronto early Sunday morning involving an alleged impaired driver.Toronto police responded to the crash shortly after 12:30 a.m. on Renforth Drive near the eastbound Highway 401 off-ramp.
