May 15, 2025
Orkin Canada is predicting a bad mosquito season for the province of Ontario, a harsh reality that will likely drag into the Fall months. That story is coming up in Hour 4. Later in the program, CTV’s Stefan Keyes drops by to break down the 2025 Ontario Budget, and how it could impact various sectors of Ottawa’s economy. Plus, we deliver the latest breaking news as it happens, right here on CFRA’s Ottawa Now. The biggest headline this hour is tied to Hudson’s Bay Canada, who has decided to sell their names, stripes, and brands to Canadian Tire for $30 million.
