Murderer Adam Picard's conviction upheld by Ontario's highest court

After a hearing last fall, the Court of Appeal for Ontario has upheld a jury's guilty verdict against Adam Picard for the first-degree murder of Fouad Nayel in June 2012. It's the latest salvo in a case that was taken all the way to the Supreme Court.
