Ontario’s police watchdog says it is investigating a police-involved shooting in Markham, Ont.York Region police say they shot a male who was allegedly attacking a female in Markham early Wednesday morning.Police say they responded to a welfare check call on Buchanan Drive at around 4:40 a.m.
