After much anticipation, Prime Minister Mark Carney has unveiled his new Cabinet. Some of the Trudeau-era members have been moved into new roles. Some of his MPs are first-time Ministers. And if you look closely, some of today’s roles are fresh off the dealership lot, as 10 MPs will serve in Secretary of State designations. CTV’s Colton Praill delivers a full synopsis in Hour 1. Shifting gears to Ontario politics, the NDP is tabling a motion to ban hospital parking fees for both patients and medical staff. Can it be done, and should it be done?
