Good afternoon, and welcome to Globe Climate, a newsletter about climate change, environment and resources in Canada.
I’m Kate, the agriculture and food policy reporter. Sierra is lost in the woods somewhere. On purpose, I believe. I’ll be filling in this week until she makes her prodigal return.
