Ottawa mom warns others after teen daughter dragged by Uber and injured

An Ottawa mom says her family is feeling let down after her teen daughter was injured when her sleeve got caught in an Uber car door and she was dragged down the street. Her mother says there's been no accountability from Uber or Ottawa police, until CBC News asked questions.
