It’s officially official, everybody! And depending on who you ask, perhaps this isn’t news you want to hear. Regardless of where you stand, parkgoers will soon be able to enjoy a cold one in select Ottawa parks, as City Council just passed a bylaw change for the Summer months. If you are 19-and-older, you can legally enjoy an alcoholic beverage between Canada Day and Halloween, but only under certain hours of the day and within certain designations.
