Many share that they haven’t felt like themselves since.Most of the time they end up in tears while talking about how difficult it was to maintain fitness routines and prioritize their health and nutrition.

The research looked at obesity rates over a 15-year period based on the body mass index of almost 750,000 people who were 18 and older.
