Prime Minister Mark Carney spoke directly to criticism from First Nations chiefs about his new law to fast-track national projects, saying it puts Indigenous growth at its centre.

The Prime Minister is addressing a meeting of Indigenous leaders Thursday morning in Gatineau that is the start of implementing his marquee bill.
