Ontario Provincial Police say a 34-year-old woman in Almonte has been taken to hospital in critical condition. At around 8:21 this morning, she was walking towards an intersection when a tree abruptly fell on top of her. CTV’s Katie Griffin delivers the latest developments in Hour 4. André Thibault thought he had left his past behind him. After he was caught carrying cocaine back in 1999, Mr. Thibault pleaded guilty to drug trafficking and spent 16 months in jail. After his release, he stayed out of trouble.
