Breaking News: The current temperature in Canada’s Capital is still too damn high. And for some, that humid forecast is expected to continue over the next few days. Joining us in Hour 2 to explain further is Miriam Diamond, a Professor in the Department of Earth Sciences at the University of Toronto. Sticking with the scorching-hot weather, Canada’s intense wildfire season is expected to stretch deep into the Winter months. From coast to coast, 7.3 million hectares of land has already been scorched in 2025. And as the stats keep getting grimmer, calls to implement a National Fire Administration are rapidly rising. Paul Hutt, who currently calls the shots at Ottawa Fire Services, unleashes his two cents.
