Police investigating after Toronto shooting kills a child

Toronto police say a child is dead after an early Saturday morning shooting.
Officers responded to the sound of gunshots around 12:30 a.m. at Martha Eaton Way and Trethewey Drive on the north side of the city.
Upon arrival at the scene, police say they found a boy who had been shot.
