Is stunt driving becoming a bigger problem in Canada’s Capital? According to an ever-growing crowd of concerned city councillors, such as Barrhaven West councillor David Hill, it has. In his ward, Hill says that street racing has become a re-emerging issue since he first took office in late-2022.
