City commemorates Police and Peace Officers’ National Memorial Day on Sunday, September 28

The flags at all City of Ottawa sites will be lowered to half-mast from sunrise to sunset on Sunday, September 28 to recognize Police and Peace Officers’ National Memorial Day. This day is observed to remember the brave individuals who have sacrificed their lives in the line of duty to keep our communities safe.
