October 6, 2025

If you are taking part in Halloween trick-or-treating this year, the biggest fright of the night might be the price of a chocolate bar. Kristy Cameron tries to gauge the situation with Mike Von Massow on today’s Ottawa Now. He is a Professor of Food, Agricultural, and Resource Economics at the University of Guelph.
