Prime Minister Mark Carney has started his second White House meeting with Donald Trump as economic pressure on Canada mounts from the U.S. President’s punishing tariffs.

The pair were scheduled to sit down in the Oval Office for half an hour, followed by a lunch in the Cabinet Room.
