‘Freedom Convoy’ leaders Lich, Barber each given 18-month conditional sentences

Two of the leaders of the 'Freedom Convoy' that blocked the streets of downtown Ottawa for several weeks in early 2022, have each been given 18-month conditional sentences.
Chest compressions and other life-saving measures were taken as paramedics rushed to the scene, but despite the best efforts of emergency services, the man passed away.
