Marek Windonski has been granted a second chance at life due to the quick actions of 3 bystanders. The father of 3 kids had been out for a stroll in the ByWard Market one day when he suddenly collapsed due to cardiac arrest. Ottawa resident Nicholas Firman was one of the first people who rushed to his aid. He joins Kristy Cameron on today’s Ottawa Now.
