Carney jokes Trump ‘afraid’ to make World Series bet

Prime Minister Mark Carney joked that U.S. President Donald Trump seems to be afraid to make a World Series bet with him as the Toronto Blue Jays take on the Los Angeles Dodgers. Carney stopped by the Jays' practice at the Rogers Centre Thursday to offer his support for the team ahead of Game 1.
