Newfoundland fish plant burns down during storm

A fish plant in St. Mary’s, N.L., burned to the ground as a powerful storm pounded the coasts of eastern Newfoundland. The plant was the town’s main employer and more than 300 people from the St. May’s Bay region worked there.
