The Alberta teachers' union says it is taking Premier Danielle Smith's government to court for passing a law to end their weeks-long strike and for using the Charter's notwithstanding clause to do it.
Both the TTC employee and the customer involved in a stabbing at Dundas subway station have now been charged after police say each stabbed the other during a violent altercation.
