Ottawa Now - Former G20 infrastructure economist not surprised, disappointed with Lansdowne 2.0 approval

Neil Saravanamuttoo is the Director of CitySHAPES and a former G20 Infrastructure Chief Economist. As he explains to Kristy Cameron, he is not surprised by Friday’s final ruling, but he is also disappointed.
