Peninsular Halifax doesn't have a French high school. Will that change?

Last week, the head of Nova Scotia's francophone school board said that rural geography is keeping some students from getting a French education. In the Halifax area, lengthy commutes due to traffic are keeping some students from getting a French high school education.
