Meantime, the co-owner of a ByWard Market bar is venting her frustrations over a recent stretch of strict parking enforcement. Deek Labelle, who manages and co-owns the Chateau Lafayette on York Street, is calling for a city-wide review of Ottawa Bylaw Services, arguing that enforcement in the area is getting out of hand. She explains further in Hour 2.
