Ranjit Rowal, the first Canadian resident to be convicted in the FBI’s probe of Ryan Wedding’s alleged cocaine empire, moved drugs for the organization “under threat and fear,” a United States District Court judge recently found. A former university football player who sexually assaulted two women has been sentenced to just two years in prison because he is black and was feeling intense pressure around the time of the attacks, the judge said.
